Full service:
Our staff will deliver the product by car, with on-site setup.
Simple delivery:
The carrier delivers the goods to the address and unloads them. In this case, the freight forwarder only delivers the goods and does not make any adjustments, which is always the responsibility of the buyer. Our products are, of course, ready to use, so you don't have to assemble anything, just unpack it and put it in place!
The carrier designated by the Buyer:
The buyer sends a carrier to pick up the product. In this case, it should be noted that our products are designed to be shipped in an upright position. Thus, it must be taken into account that a car of the right height will be delivered. Prior arrangement is always recommended.
Personal pick up:
You can also pick up the goods on the spot during our opening hours with the help of our colleagues.
Our production time is affected by several factors. You can usually expect a production time of 1-4 weeks. For a more accurate lead time, please see the confirmation request for quotation.
Our colleagues will contact you with the exact delivery time and location as soon as your order is ready.
Our delivery costs vary and are not shown on the website. It depends on the delivery method, the distance travelled, the product and the number of items. In the quote request, ask for the most suitable delivery method and we will confirm the delivery cost with the quote.
Our products are wrapped in stretch film with cardboard edge protectors. This type of packaging provides adequate protection against dust and dirt that may affect the products under normal transport conditions, but does not protect the product against more severe mechanical impacts.
Our final invoice is always issued after delivery, based on the delivery note.
If you agree to pay all or part of the deposit in advance of delivery, we will issue an advance invoice upon receipt of the deposit and deduct the deposit from the final invoice after delivery.
Invoices are sent by post to the customer's billing address.
